Again this year as last we had much cold weather and a great deal of east wind so our yield was very good considering all the east wind. We are again grateful.
Notes: 1 jar = 3 pounds
Syrup is 11 pounds to the gallon.
So number of jars x 3 = total pounds of syrup. Divide by 11 to get gallons of syrup.
