Then started to boil.\u00a0 Took off four batches of syrup.\u00a0 At one point it was only 1 \u00be hours between batches.\u00a0 We tested the sap sweetness.\u00a0 It was 3.4 brix.\u00a0 Average is about 2.0 brix so this was sweet.\u00a0\u00a0 That&#8217;s why were were drawing off so frequently.\u00a0 <\/p>\n<p>200 gallons done.\u00a0 200 gallons remain in the storage tank.\u00a0 We put a warmer in the tank for tonight.\u00a0 This is our first time trying it.
