Sunny and warm today.\u00a0 Up to 52.\u00a0 We were in the woods cooking until 12:30 AM then back into the woods by 8:00 AM to continue cooking.\u00a0 When we have a big run we have to process it.\u00a0 Got the smaller storage tank empty by 1:45 PM.\u00a0 We needed that for the sap we picked up today.\u00a0 The big storage tank was still full so after emptying the first collecting tank full, the the next tank\u00a0 had to stay in the collecting tank until we cooked down enough to make room.\u00a0 We were back in the house by 11:30 PM.\u00a0 But tomorrow will still be a busy day as we have 400 gallons in the storage tanks.<\/p>\n
